**DE JOB**:
Als Team Lead Operations is het jouw taak om de operationele teams te coördineren en te leiden, in samenwerking met de teams van Tracks/Traction & Wagons. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van klein motorisch gereedschap en de bediening en besturing van On Track Machines, locomotieven en wagons. Je zorgt ervoor dat resources efficiënt worden gepland en dat er performante teams worden samengesteld om de beschikbare tools optimaal te benutten en ervoor te zorgen dat projecten op tijd worden afgerond.

Je werk omvat meer bepaald de volgende taken:

- Je bouwt competente teams uit en beheert ze, stimuleert samenwerking en zorgt ervoor dat elke medewerk(st)er zijn of haar competenties voortdurend ontwikkelt.
- Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met de Team Lead Operations in het andere deel van het land om je activiteiten op elkaar af te stemmen.
- Je coördineert en leidt onderhouds
- en operationele activiteiten in overeenstemming met de richtlijnen van de Team Leads Tracks, Traction & Wagons en Support.
- Je werkt samen met de andere Team Leads om processen en werkmethoden te standaardiseren en zorgt voor een efficiënt verandermanagement.
- Je beoordeelt de benodigde middelen, wijst ze toe en controleert ze, om zo het gebruik ervan te optimaliseren en te voldoen aan de behoeften van interne en externe klanten. Jouw activiteit heeft een directe impact op het OPEX-budget van de entiteit.
- Je implementeert het veiligheidsbeleid, houdt toezicht op het beheer van de veiligheidsrollen en -competenties en garandeert dat de spoorinfrastructuur voldoet aan de veiligheidsnormen.
- Je bevordert een cultuur die initiatief nemen stimuleert en gericht is op voortdurende verbetering en geeft nieuwe voorstellen en initiatieven van je medewerk(st)ers door en ondersteunt ze.
- Je waakt over het welzijn van je medewerk(st)ers, voert risico
- en incidentanalyses uit en stelt preventieve en curatieve aanbevelingen voor.
- Je bent het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor medewerk(st)ers en vakbonden en je communiceert proactief om te anticiperen op problemen en/of ze op te lossen.
- Je coördineert activiteiten met betrekking tot certificeringen (veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu) en bereidt audits voor en volgt deze op.
- In samenwerking met de Team Lead Support coördineer je de ondersteunende activiteiten en volg je lokale contracten met derden op.
- Je blijft op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen in je vakgebied en dat van je klanten, om te anticiperen op de marktontwikkelingen.

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je hebt een goede kennis van spoorwegtechnieken.
- Je beheerst de reglementering m.b.t treinbesturing en hebt een goede lijnkennis van de spoorlijnen.
- Je hebt ervaring in het succesvol leidinggeven aan een team, als hiërarchisch leidinggevende of in het kader van een project.
- Je beheerst de basis van financieel beheer: budgetbeheer, algemene principes voor de bepaling van de investerings
- en exploitatiebudgetten, facturatie, analyse en beheer van financiële risico's enz.
- Je beschikt over ervaring in verandermanagement en beheerst de HR-processen en reglementering.
- Je onderscheidt je door je sterke klantgerichtheid en resultaatgerichtheid.
- Je positioneert jezelf als een inspirerende leider.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, waardoor je een breed netwerk van contacten kunt ontwikkelen en efficiënt en duurzaam kunt samenwerken met een breed scala aan mensen.
- Je bent in staat om een visie te ontwikkelen op je werkterrein en de visie van je management te implementeren door deze te vertalen naar concrete en operationele doelstellingen voor je teams.
- Je blijft je emoties goed de baas.
- Je delegeert taken aan je medewerkers op een manier die hen motiveert en aanmoedigt om zich voortdurend te ontwikkelen.
