Analyst Asset Improvement

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor verschillende taken:
- Je ondersteunt de asset managers door op te treden op als verbindingspersoon vanuit het CIU-team (Continuous Improvement Unit) tussen de verschillende diensten van de directie en het terrein die continue verbeteringen realiseren ter optimalisatie van de kwaliteit van hun onderhoud-/ vernieuwingsproces en de verbetering van de kwaliteit (beschikbaarheid) van hun assets.
- Uitvoeren van asset reviews om op deze manier de technische storingen van de meest kritieke assets op het net te analyseren
- Op zoek gaan naar verbeteracties/innovaties (preventieve en curatieve oplossingen; zowel technisch als organisatorisch) door ideeën en standpunten te verzamelen, de nodige experten samen te brengen en actief deel te nemen aan het beslissingsproces door de oplossingen kritisch te bekijken.
- Verzamelde ervaringen en best practices actief uit wisselen om zo tot een algemene implementatie te komen en ondersteuning bieden tijdens de implementatie.
- Ontwikkelen en beheren van datamodellen om zo tot concrete aanbevelingen te komen welke een positieve financiële impact hebben op de investerings
- en de onderhoudsbudgetten.
- Je verleent advies gebaseerd op datamodellen en expertise in de verschillende domeinen (voor iedere assetfamilie: de totaalkost, technische levensduur, veroudering van assets, technische performantie).
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Je hebt een ingenieursdiploma in een relevante sector (elektromechanica, elektronica, enz.).
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een cross-functionele rol, met veel contact en samenwerking rond technische vraagstukken.
- Ervaring in de spoorwegsector is een groot voordeel.
- Je hebt kennis van data-analyse.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een goede kennis van Power BI.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met financieel beheer.
- Je spreekt zeer goed Frans en Nederlands.
- Je kan een boodschap of gegevens overbrengen op een duidelijke, correcte en transparante manier, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Je werkt graag in teamverband en samenwerking is voor jou een belangrijk element.
- Je bent communicatief en assertief en je bent niet bang om mensen te benaderen.
- Je bent klantgericht. Je hebt het inlevingsvermogen om behoeften te begrijpen.
- Je neemt het initiatief en komt met innovatieve nieuwe ideeën.
