Job Description:

For the position of site manager in East and West Flanders, you will be assigned a variety of tasks. Here are some of the responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and high-quality execution of works on the site.
  • Monitor performance and ensure the technical quality of the installation.
  • Coordinate a team of internal fitters and welders, as well as subcontractors if necessary.
  • Participate in the work.
  • Motivate your team, provide technical support when needed, and manage and monitor work hours.
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager, assist in preparing orders and settlements, material quantity checks, and creating as-built files.

Profile:

For a company in the East and West Flanders region, we are looking for a site manager. For this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Knowledge of HVAC & plumbing
  • Experience in motivating and managing a team of employees
  • Dynamic, flexible, meticulous, and able to work independently
  • Place a high priority on safety
  • Good command of Dutch
  • Hold a valid driver's license

Offer:

Salary ranging from €17 to €20 per hour
