**Verantwoordelijkheidsgebieden**:
**Sales**
- Toepassen van een pro-actieve klantbenadering en verkoopaanpak, waarbij de focus wordt gelegd op de verkoop van outfits. Actie ondernemen op gestelde persoonlijke targets en deze indien mogelijk overschrijden.
- Leveren van een klantenservice die beantwoordt aan de Esprit normen, met als doel de klantbeleving te garanderen en te verbeteren.
- Bieden van een optimale productkennis aan de klant (styling, pasvorm, samenstellen outfit).
- Voortdurend op de hoogte blijven van de Esprit collecties, hiervoor gebruik makend van oa best en worst sellers.
- Organiseren van productpresentaties onder leiding van de merchandise planner.
- Garanderen van de productbeschikbaarheid en -aanvulling op de verkoopvloer door gebruikmaking van bijvoorbeeld verkooplijsten en handmatige aanvulling.
- Handhaven van de hoogste housekeeping normen, in overeenstemming met de Esprit & Department store richtlijnen.
- Uitvoeren van productafprijzingen, op verzoek van de merchandise planner.
- Zorgen dat de aanvulnormen worden gerespecteerd en nageleefd, in overeenstemming met de Esprit richtlijnen.
**Overige taken**
- Op verzoek van de merchandise planner en sales support bijkomende taken uitvoeren die tot de verantwoordelijkheid van deze functie behoren en die op dat ogenblik noodzakelijk zijn.
