Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? **Functiebeschrijving**

Als BI Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van projecten, het opvolgen van diensten op het gebied van DWH, Business Intelligence en Big Data en het aansturen van een ontwikkelteam.

Concreet neem je actief deel aan de uitvoering van de datastrategie van verschillende lidinstellingen, bepaal je de implementatieroadmaps, leid je het ICT-ontwikkelteam en zorg je voor de opvolging en realisatie van de projecten die uit deze strategie voortvloeien volgens de vereiste planning en kwaliteit.

Je zorgt er ook voor dat de dienst wordt opgezet door het change management proces en de support set-up te organiseren, terwijl je ervoor zorgt dat de best practices binnen de afdeling evolueren.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de regelmatige reporting over de voortgang van de projecten en de activiteiten van de diensten die onder je verantwoordelijkheid vallen. Je zorgt voor een goede communicatie tussen de verschillende betrokken partijen.

Ten slotte ondersteun en coach je je medewerkers om hun persoonlijke vaardigheden te bevorderen. Door een goede opvolging zie je erop toe dat je medewerkers gemotiveerd blijven en bereid zijn om zich in te zetten en optimaal bij te dragen tot de werking van het team.

**Profiel**

Je hebt een universitair diploma en bij voorkeur enkele jaren professionele ervaring op het gebied van data-analyse (DWH, Reporting, Big Data, Data Science).

In je vorige functies heb je ook je vaardigheden op het gebied van team
- en/of projectmanagement kunnen aantonen. Een eerdere functie als projectmanager is een pluspunt.

Je bent volledig vertrouwd met de methodologieën voor projectbeheer (Prince2, Agile / Scrum), verbetering van bedrijfsprocessen en datakwaliteit. Je beschikt over een goede algemene kennis van informatica. Kennis van en ervaring met BI-technologieën en -methodologieën is zeer wenselijk.

Door je pragmatische, methodische en georganiseerde aanpak, je luisterend oor en vermogen om te begrijpen, en je klant
- en resultaatgerichtheid ben je in staat complexe en multifunctionele projecten te leiden.

Dankzij je analytische en redactionele vaardigheden kan je snel een samenvattende follow-up van de activiteiten geven, vergezeld van duidelijke voorstellen voor oplossingen aan je management.

Dankzij je sterke persoonlijkheid en je stevige onderhandelings
- en communicatievaardigheden ben je in staat een team te leiden, te motiveren en te ondersteunen.

Je hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en bent in staat je uit te drukken in het Engels.
