Als Business Manager leid je jouw Bright Plus-kantoor in Brussel in goede banen. Je commerciële acties lopen op wieltjes en je stuurt je team aan als een echte coach. Rapporteren doe je aan jouw District Manager.
- Je duikt mee in de aanvragen en de interviews om vinger aan de pols te houden bij de lopende zaken.
- Je staat klanten en kandidaten professioneel te woord - altijd en overal.
- Je kijkt erop toe dat de rekruteringsprocedures en commerciële processen correct verlopen volgens de Bright Plus-filosofie.
- Je neemt je resultaten grondig onder de loep. Kunnen ze beter? Dan pas jij jouw aanpak meteen doelgericht aan.
- Je bepaalt de budgetten en werking van je kantoor in overleg met je verantwoordelijke. De targets vertaal je naar een concreet actieplan samen met jouw team.
- Met zorgvuldige salesacties vergroot je de activiteiten van je kantoor. En met regelmatige prospectie laat je onze naamsbekendheid in de regio groeien.
- Je waakt over de taakverdeling in je team en zorgt dat jouw collega's proactief en kwalitatief aan de slag gaan. Hoe? Door hen te ondersteunen, begeleiden en te motiveren als een enthousiaste coach, die oog heeft voor individuele talenten en collectieve doelen.

- Je kan gemakkelijk schakelen tussen jouw taken volgende de noden van jouw team en het kantoor.
- Je bent erop gebrand om sterke resultaten neer te zetten. Daarvoor schakel je jouw eigen kwaliteiten en die van anderen optimaal in.
- Ze noemen je niet voor niets een people manager. Spontaan en vriendelijk met anderen omgaan vind je vanzelfsprekend. Toch kom je ook vastberaden uit de hoek als dat moet.
- Jij hebt een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands, en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
