**Intro**:
La Croix-Rouge de Belgique-Flandre (CRB-Fl) fait partie du Mouvement international de la Croix-Rouge. Le respect des sept principes d'humanité, d'impartialité, de neutralité, d'indépendance, de volontariat, d'unité et d'universalité est à tout moment la clé de notre action. Le Département International se concentre sur trois domaines thématiques : Le Droit International Humanitaire, le Rétablissement des Liens Familiaux et nos Opérations Internationales. En étroite collaboration avec la société nationale sœur de chaque pays et ses nombreux volontaires, la CRB-Fl se concentre sur la mise en œuvre de projets dans le domaine des premiers secours, banque de sang, préparation aux catastrophes et réponse aux catastrophes, principalement en Afrique.

La CRB-Fl recherche un/une Gestionnaire de Projet qui agira en tant que Représentant(e) Pays et mettra en place un nouveau partenariat et de nouveaux projets avec la Croix-Rouge de Burkina Faso, avec un accent particulier sur les premiers secours, la protection et la préparation aux catastrophes.

**Functiebeschrijving**:
Le/la gestionnaire de projet représente la Croix-Rouge de Belgique-Flandre (CRB-Fl) auprès de la Croix-Rouge Burkinabé (CRB), des bailleurs et des autres acteurs humanitaires sur le terrain. Vous rapportez directement à l'un des responsables de programme de la CRB-Fl qui est sous la supervision directe du responsable des opérations internationales au siège.

Vous assurez une gestion adéquate des projets concernant les Premiers Secours, la Gestion des Catastrophes et la Protection, menés par la CRB avec le soutien financier et technique de la CRB-Fl.

La CRB-Fl compte sur vos compétences dans les domaines suivants : planification de projets et communication, suivi financier détaillé et gestion des parties prenantes. La responsabilité de bout en bout en tant que gestionnaire de projet est un facteur clé de succès.
- Vous êtes responsable de l'exécution des activités et des objectifs du projet dans les délais impartis et de manière qualitative.
- Vous contrôlez la qualité de la mise en œuvre des activités dans le cadre de vos projets (formation, sensibilisation, distributions...) et vous soutenez la CRB dans sa gestion quotidienne du projet.
- Vous veillez au respect de toutes les procédures internes du partenaire (logistique/administration/finances).
- Vous acquérez une bonne compréhension des priorités stratégiques et des capacités opérationnelles de la CRB.
- Vous appuyez et facilitez les missions d'expertise de la CRB-Fl au Burkina Faso.
- Vous assurez la ponctualité et la qualité de tous les rapports financiers, tant au sein de la CRB-Fl qu'à l'égard des donateurs.
- Vous gérez le budget, c'est-à-dire que vous vous assurez que les activités du projet sont réalisées dans les limites du budget ou, si nécessaire, vous adaptez le budget en fonction des règles applicables.
- Vous vous assurez en permanence qu'il existe une vision correcte des réalisations, des prévisions et du budget.
- Vous assurez la ponctualité et la qualité des rapports narratifs trimestriels sur le contenu et la poursuite du programme.
- Vous développez et maintenez une bonne connaissance des opportunités de financement nationales et belges/internationales et de leurs exigences.
- Vous représentez la CRB-Fl auprès des parties prenantes externes telles que les ambassades, les institutions gouvernementales, les autres ONG, etc.
- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion générale de la délégation (tant du point de vue matériel que financier).
- Vous facilitez une relation professionnelle entre la CRB-Fl et la CRB afin d'assurer un partenariat positif et constructif.
- Vous développez un cadre de sécurité pour le Burkina Faso basé sur les règles générales et les instructions du mouvement de la Croix Rouge/Croissant Rouge et/ou du siège de la CRB-Fl.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Vous avez un diplôme universitaire de niveau master en sciences ou en économie.
- La connaissance des sciences médicales, des premiers secours, de la banque de sang et/ou de la gestion des données est un atout.
- Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet.
- Une expérience avérée dans un environnement orienté vers les résultats est un plus.
- Une expérience au sein du Mouvement de la Croix-Rouge/du Croissant-Rouge est un atout.
- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est indispensable, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout
- Un état d'esprit et des connaissances pour mettre en œuvre des projets basés sur des pratiques factuelles ou une forte motivation pour le faire sont attendus.
