- Je staat samen met je collega's in voor de loonverwerking van onze medewerkers. De dossiers worden evenredig verdeeld. We houden elkaar op de hoogte van alle dossiers, zodat we elkaar kunnen ondersteunen indien nodig.
- Onze medewerkers verhuizen, veranderen van gezinssituatie, hebben af en toe een beetje pech op de werkvloer en ga zo maar verder. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je graag aan personeelsadministratie doet. Denk aan: input in het HR-software pakket (heads-up: wij werken met Attentia Dots), het invullen van attesten en documentatie, het aangeven van arbeidsongevallen, registratie nieuwe medewerkers,.
- Wij vinden het belangrijk dat onze medewerkers en leidinggevenden op ons kunnen rekenen. Binnen het team fungeer je net zoals je collega's als aanspreekpunt bij vragen of issues rond topics zoals bijvoorbeeld: sociaal-juridisch advies, loontechnische vragen, administratieve opvolging van persoonlijke dossiers, tijdskredieten, afwezigheden,
- Een bedrijf in beweging heeft altijd enkele HR-projecten in petto. We schakelen jou hier graag voor in om als team de beste resultaten te behalen. Sommige projecten zijn tijdelijk zoals bijvoorbeeld het introduceren van een nieuw extralegaal voordeel voor onze medewerkers. Voor andere opdrachten rekenen we op jouw continue bijdrage zoals rapportage, het ondersteunen van de evaluatiecyclus, het verzuimbeleid,
Profiel
Profiel
- Je behaalde een bachelor diploma in de richting van Maatschappelijk Werk, Personeelswerk of Sociaal-Juridisch Werk.
- In jouw rugzak zit minstens 3 jaar ervaring in payroll, met voorkeur in een organisatie waar zowel arbeiders als bedienden worden tewerkgesteld.
- je hebt goede kennis van sociale wetgeving.
- Je kan makkelijk je weg vinden in HR-software.
- Je voelt je gelukkig in een administratieve rol. Je bent nauwkeurig, detailgericht en draagt zorg voor een correcte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler. Collegialiteit en samenwerken worden bij Profel hoog in het vaandel gedragen.
- je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bent in staat is om helder en efficiënt te communiceren met medewerkers, collega's en externe contactpersonen.
