In België is SEA-invest actief in de zeehavens van Antwerpen, Gent en Zeebrugge, waarbij het bedrijf op ca. 20 sites in opdracht van haar klanten goederen laadt, lost en tijdelijk opslaat.
Deze goederen variëren van droge bulk (kolen, ertsen, mineralen, biomassa, ) over vloeibare bulk (benzine, gasolie, biodiesel, natuurlijke oliën, ) tot fruit (bananen, kiwi's, ), containers en stukgoed.
**Liquids Customs Services** (LCS) is de entiteit binnen de SEA-invest groep die douane
- en accijnsgerelateerde diensten aanbiedt met betrekking tot bewegingen van vloeibare bulkproducten op de Belgische terminals van SEA-invest. LCS beheert de vereiste douane
- en accijnsvergunningen die nodig zijn om diverse terminaloperaties (zoals opslag en mengen van chemische/olieproducten) mogelijk te maken. Daarnaast is LCS actief als douane-expediteur en biedt het zijn klanten douane
- en accijnsbeheerdiensten aan.
Voor haar vestiging in Antwerpen is LCS op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde:
**CUSTOMS OPERATIONS ANALYST (M/V/X)**
**Functiebeschrijving**:
- je staat in voor de analyse van het logistieke -en douaneproces betreffende de invoer-, doorvoer
- en uitvoeractiviteiten:
- analyseren van de inkomende en uitgaande goederenstroom alsook de verschillende operationele activiteiten in het tankpark;
- bepalen van de correct toe te passen douaneprocedures gebaseerd op de voorgaande analyse;
- aanmaken van een dossier door het registreren van ontvangen gegevens in het beschikbare softwaresysteem;
- controleren van de correctheid van de verstrekte gegevens, douanecode en -tarieven;
- opmaken van de documenten ter voorbereiding en doorsturen van de douaneaangifte;
- opvolgen/afwerken van de opdrachten mbt de douaneverrichtingen.
- je staat in nauw contact met operationele medewerkers, klanten en de verschillende douanediensten voor het uitwisselen van informatie.

- je kan om met een variërend werkritme in functie van de uiteenlopende opdrachten;
- je kan steeds de nodige aandacht, nauwkeurigheid en precisie aan de dag leggen;
- je respecteert de wettelijke regels en procedures en kan deze feilloos toepassen;
- je kunt vlot overweg met diverse software applicaties;
- je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling in het Nederlands en Engels;
- je hebt een sociaal, communicatieve en collegiale ingesteldheid;
- je bent bereid te werken in een flexibele werkplanning (beurtrol).
