Exciting Responsibilities

  • As a conceptual team coordinator, you will lead the Bib, Archive, and Heritage team, ensuring smooth daily operations and coaching the team of around twenty members. Collaboration within the team and across departments is key.
  • You will drive the development of library, archive, and heritage services, preparing, adjusting, and evaluating strategic and operational plans to achieve policy objectives. Your visionary thinking will be crucial in aligning operations with community needs and legal requirements.
  • Overseeing projects, promoting organizational processes, and optimizing efficiency within the team are core aspects of your role. You will also manage budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation.
  • You will serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, fostering open communication, expanding your network, and engaging in internal and external collaborations.

Who are we looking for?

  • Required qualifications: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of leadership experience. Strong management skills are essential.
  • While knowledge in library, archive, or heritage is beneficial, your ability to lead, collaborate, and drive positive dynamics is paramount. Strategic thinking, quality assurance, and customer focus are key attributes we seek.
  • Your organizational skills, project management abilities, and commitment to deadlines are crucial. A proactive and communicative approach, along with affinity for volunteer engagement, will be valuable.
  • Flexibility, dedication to continuous learning, and customer-oriented communication skills are vital. Being adaptable and maintaining a healthy work-life balance are also essential.
