Als laborant in onze late shift op de afdeling large scale speel je een cruciale rol in het productieproces van DNA strengen voor diagnostische tests.

Functieomschrijving
Je bent niet alleen een essentieel onderdeel van ons halfautomatische productieproces, maar je krijgt ook de kans om actief mee te denken over de volgende stappen in het (high throughput) productieproces. Jouw creativiteit en expertise zijn dus van groot belang, en je zult diverse taken zelfstandig uitvoeren.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bedienen van verschillende spectrofotometers en apparatuur voor vloeistofbehandeling, zoals HPLC en massaspectrometrie, om oligo's te kwantificeren en te formuleren volgens de specificaties van de klant
  • Uitvoeren van zuiveringen, ontzouten, concentraties en kwantificeringen van oligonucleotiden
  • Voer NHS-esterlabeling uit en handmatige detritylatie van oligonucleotiden indien nodig
  • Standaard of aangepaste definitieve verzenddocumentatie voorbereiden
  • Assisteren bij de verwerking en documentatie van alle bestellingen en projecten
  • Voer een chemische verwerking uit van alle mengsels en formuleringen die nodig zijn voor de productie
  • Voer MQC uit op grondstoffen, alle mengsels en formuleringen
  • Toezicht houden op items die in de nabije toekomst in de faciliteit verlopen en de juiste beslissing nemen over de verwijdering ervan
  • Houd alle reagensflessen, gascilinders onder druk en vloeistofsystemen op niveaus om een ​​succesvolle werking te garanderen
  • Afvalcontainers vervangen en afvalmateriaal afvoeren
  • Voer alle noodzakelijke decontaminatieprocedures uit:
  • Documenteer alle aspecten van de productie op passende wijze.
  • Assisteren van de verzend- en klantenserviceafdelingen met specifieke oligo-gerelateerde vragen.
