En tant qu'employer branding officer, votre mission est de collaborer à la mise en œuvre du plan annuel employer branding et du plan sourcing RH, interne et externe.

- Vous gérez de A à Z, en collaboration avec l'employer branding manager, des projets Employer branding. Vous établissez le planning, vous coordonnez et supervisez les phases de réalisation, et vous effectuez le suivi du budget alloué ;
- Vous collaborez au reporting régulier sur le statut des actions en cours (statistiques, rapports, Google analytics) ;
- Vous collaborez avec les équipes de recrutement afin de répondre au mieux aux besoins du business.
- Vous participez à différents événements liés à votre fonction ;
**Profil recherché**:
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelor en marketing ou Communication (ou équivalent par expérience) et vous avez une expérience dans une fonction employer branding ;
- Vous disposez idéalement d'une expérience en recherche via database/web ou autres supports/outils ou dans le domaine du marketing RH (Employer Branding) ;
- Vous maitrisez les médias en matière de marketing RH interne et externe (back-office sites emploi, plateforme multiposting, e-recruiting, successfactor LinkedIn, Facebook) ;
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles ;
- Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités en communication orale et écrite en français et en néerlandais ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de Word, Excel, Adobe, SAP ;
- Vos qualités personnelles : communication, networking, autonomie, à l'écoute, sens de l'organisation, résistance au stress, proactivité, teamplayer, enthousiasme et curiosité.
