Your responsibilities?
As an Insurance Administrator, you will maintain direct contact with our clients and partners.
A more concrete selection of your tasks:
- Entering non-automatic invoices from suppliers.
- Reviewing manual invoices and reinvoicing if necessary.
- Reimbursement requests to external insurers and brokers.
- Entering banks and cash accounts to be linked to claims files in the system.
- Administrative support in the department: green cards, reports, letters, scanning, mailbox processing....
- Execution of necessary actions in the analysis of complex file and/or specific cases.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a bachelor's in insurance, Administration/Accounting or any related topic.
- You have at least 1 year of demonstrable experience in a similar position.
- You are customeroriented, communicative and able to negotiate with customers, suppliers and partners.
- You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and proficient in English.
- Your analytical skills and logical reasoning are your key assets.
- You are used to taking matters into your own hands and derive satisfaction from this. You can work easily with strict deadlines and define priorities.
- You are experienced with Excel.
