As a Young Graduate Technical Engineer, you will enter the 'Engineers' Playground'. Your expertise will be utilized in our Flooring Division, where you will be exposed to highly automated environments and cutting-edge processes and tools. Additionally, experienced Technical Managers will be there to guide, inspire, and train you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Intensive training on diverse and challenging projects in our various (international) divisions related to maintenance, automation, data analysis, etc.
• Organizing and carrying out maintenance (including interventions) as well as managing maintenance shutdowns. Conducting troubleshooting analyses and proposing improvements.
• Focus on optimizing and automating maintenance processes and projects, collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Long-term involvement in different engineering projects to boost our production growth.
• Preparation, through a variety of tasks and guidance from experienced managers, for future roles such as Technical Manager or Expert.

Who Are You?

• You hold a Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Civil Engineer; specialization in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Automation...) and have a passion for maintenance.
• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• You are a motivated and dynamic engineer seeking a high-tech work environment.
• You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are analytical, committed to improvement, and have perseverance.
