Goal :

Defining and developing new services and optimizing existing services within the team in order to meet the needs of the user/customer.

Coordinating the daily team activities The follow-up of budgeting, cost control and cost monitoring of your own area of responsibility Achieving team results and supporting employees in achieving individual and team results Quality management and drawing up and monitoring KPIs (and OLAs) and reporting Monitoring the application of standards and policies in the execution of activities Possible consequences of incorrect decisions and/or incorrectly performed activities:

Vereisten
Master degree or equivalent through experience At least 5 years of relevant experience 6 months integration period Knowledge and experience in the domain Enabling / Platform Engineering Services:Dev toolsObservability and loggingInternal developer portalDEVOPS best practiceCloud Solutions and how to use themTechnical support for the other infrastructure domains and towards the project teams People management experience Knowledge of the ITIL methodology Knowledge of project methodologies Spoken and written knowledge of Dutch, French and English Our offer
