Coördinatie van verschillende '**mensgerichte' projecten**, hoofdzakelijk met een focus op het verbeteren van de veiligheid en welzijn/werknemerstevredenheid. Mensgerichte projecten beheren in lijn met de afgesproken kosten, planning, doelstellingen en kwaliteit.

**JOUW TAKENPAKKET**:
- In kaart brengen van de verschillende stakeholders in een project, alsook afstemming met deze stakeholders van hun noden.- Controleren, bewaken alsook mee de lijnen uitzetten dat projecten het afgesproken projectbeheer volgen.- Toetsen van projectinhoud aan wettelijke vereisten en kwaliteitsnormen (bv. belangrijkste welzijnswetgeving, ISO-normen, DHL beleidslijnen).- Bewaken van planning, scope, budget, kwaliteit, risico's en benefits van een project.- Richting geven en begeleiden van digitalisatie binnen een project samen met de experts.- Rapporteren van vooruitgang, issues en veranderingen aan de stuurgroep.- Aansturen van een project team voor een kwalitatieve oplevering.- Aanmaken van projectfolders bij aanvragen.- Bewaken van de kwaliteit van projectaanvragen.- Faciliteren in de review en goedkeuring door de stakeholders.

**GEZOCHT PROFIEL**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor-diploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.- Je hebt kennis van Project Management (bv. PRINCE 2 Foundation).- Je bent communicatief sterk en kan gemakkelijk en constructief boodschappen overbrengen naar verschillende doelgroepen.- Je bent flexibel en kan overweg met een snel veranderende omstandigheden.- Initiatief nemen en oplossingsgericht handelen zitten in je natuur.- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van zowel gesproken als geschreven NL en ENG.- Je hebt kennis van de basisregelgeving rond preventie op het werk en HR of bent bereid je hierin in te werken.
