• Providing customers with accurate advice on product repairability.
• Creating a positive customer experience through professional service.
• Repairing various types of bicycles.
• Adjusting and assembling bikes and bike accessories.
• Scheduling appointments and collaborating with our national service center.
• Customizing sports equipment.

• Working between 9am and 7pm, depending on your daily schedule.
• Being available on Saturdays and/or Sundays for your team and customers.
• Communicating fluently in Dutch.
• Enhancing your basic knowledge of bike technology. If you already have experience, that's a bonus.

Working full-time as a bike technician means we expect you to be in the workshop for 36 hours per week. To ensure a healthy work-life balance, we are open to discussing flexible scheduling with you.

You have the liberty to develop your skills with personal guidance from your leader, coaching sessions, various training opportunities, and even through trial and error.

To strengthen our team spirit and work atmosphere, we organize team-building days and coordinate group sports activities during working hours.

Are you willing to share your talents with us? In return, we offer you:

• Gross salary as per PC311 scales starting from 2029.97 euros.
• Meal vouchers of 8 euros per day, year-end bonus, and double holiday pay.
• Variable pay: monthly bonuses based on the store's performance and annual profit-sharing in Decathlon stocks.
• 20 statutory vacation days + 6 additional days off with a full-time contract.
• Reimbursement for commuting expenses. If you cycle to work, you receive 0.27 euros per kilometer traveled.
