Being a **Business Analyst** involves translating strategic objectives into tangible initiatives and overseeing their progress. Your ability to seek solutions considering various stakeholders across process, organization, data, and application layers is crucial. With a focus on enterprise architecture and a transversal mindset, you play a key role in ensuring a holistic view of the business landscape at Ypto.
In the role, you will not only translate strategies into initiatives but also undertake typical business analysis tasks. This includes gathering requirements, blueprinting, leading test scenarios, facilitating go-live processes, and driving continuous improvements post-implementation.
Manage Impact
- Supporting management-level business stakeholders in translating their needs into concrete initiatives
- Analysing impact on processes, organization, and applications, and exploring SAP S/4 HANA solution alternatives
- Translating strategic business evolutions into projects
- Promoting best practices in the business architecture team
Champion of Change
- Leading project management efficiently for projects
- Guiding change process for transparent delivery
- Leading testing phases for new ICT applications
- Building technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with SAP experts
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in business analysis
- Strong knowledge of ICT, business process analysis, and critical business processes
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management
- Effective communicator with stakeholder engagement skills
- Pragmatic, proactive, and results-oriented
- Proficiency in Dutch or French, good knowledge of English
