Als Project manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de jou toegewezen projecten waarbij Clean & Black piping
systemen en Process skids onder jouw leiding, ontworpen, gebouwd en geïmplementeerd worden binnen de
farmaceutische en fijn-chemische sector op verschillende locaties in België. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle
noodzakelijke beslissingen en acties genomen worden op het juiste moment zodat het project gerealiseerd kan
worden binnen het budget, met het vooraf bepaalde rendement, de vooropgestelde eisen en met een tevreden klant, steeds als einddoel.
Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je project(en) en dit van A tot Z:
- Je helpt mee bij het opmaken en opvolgen van offertes
- Je analyseert de noden van de klant en gaat samen op zoek naar een oplossing op maat
- Je ontwikkelt een projectstrategie in lijn met de organisatiedoelstellingen
- Je stelt een multidisciplinair projectteam samen (Project Engineers, Site Managers, Teamleaders, etc.) waarbij duidelijke taken worden gedefinieerd in een organigram
- Je bent in staat om een realistische planning op te stellen voor de uitvoering van de werken en je zorgt ervoor dat deze planning gerespecteerd wordt.
- Je bent alert voor opportuniteiten om de projectprocessen te optimaliseren
- Je bewaakt en optimaliseert de veiligheid van de uitvoering en de oplevering van het project
- Je beheert alle kosten verbonden aan het project
- Je staat in voor de coaching van het project team en creëert een juiste omgeving om een topprestatie te bereiken waarbij communicatie prioritair is
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking met collega's van functionele en ondersteunende
departementen (HR, Sourcing, Finance, Legal, HSEQ etc.) en met onderaannemers
- Je onderhoudt goede contacten met de klant en bespreekt de uitvoering en de vooruitgang van de
werken, waarbij je het juiste evenwicht behoudt tussen klantentevredenheid en projectbelang.
- Je bent zowel financieel als technisch eindverantwoordelijk voor je projecten bij klanten en rapporteert hierover maandelijks aan het management.
