Je biedt strategische ondersteuning en overziet de realisatie van transversale digitale projecten en de overkoepelende digitale strategie van Belfius. Door jou verloopt de realisatie van strategische, digitale initiatieven vlot en draag je dagelijks bij aan de realisatie van onze digitale roadmap.
**De job in een notendop**
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak en realisatie van de digitale strategie, in nauwe samenwerking met de Head of Digital.
Je opereert als belangrijk contact persoon binnen het digitale team voor de Belfius organisatie.
Je houdt toezicht op programma management en zorgt voor de tijdige uitvoering van kritische digitale initiatieven.
Je analyseert de markt, trends en rapporten en bereid presentaties voor om besluitvorming op directie niveau te faciliteren.
Je bent een vertrouwenspersoon van de Head of Digital.
Je belangrijkste taak is de uitwerking en communicatie van de digitale strategie. Je opereeert als rechterhand van de Head of Digital en overziet transversale projecten.
Een typische werkdag ziet er als volgt uit:
- Je coördineert één of meerdere digitale initiatieven
- Analyseert onze eigen data en vergelijkt markt data en trends op gebied van één van onze kernproducten (payments, invest, verzekeringen, ).
- Je vertaalt deze analyse naar een presentatie, om onze directie onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen op gebied van onze digitale roadmap en toekomstige investeringen.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:
- Een master diploma economie, communicatie,
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in advies op gebied van digitale strategie, die je opdeed in een consultancy bedrijf of als digitaal strateeg in een agency
- Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- Analytische mentaliteit en het vermogen om een data-gedreven verhaallijn aan te maken.
- Je bent een meester in PowerPoint, Keynote, of Google Slides.
Je scoort extra met:
- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans)
