As a Digital Project Manager at Addmore, you're the key person of your team managing projects from kick-off to delivery.

Key responsibilities:
- Promote collaboration among multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement website projects
- Guarantee project delivery within specified deadlines, scope, and budgets
- Facilitate clear and concise communication between clients and our creative and technical experts
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, defining objectives, scope, and requirements
- Create precise project timelines and monitor the budgets
- Coordinate regular status meetings and client updates
- Oversee user testing and quality assurance to ensure thoroughness
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists
- Utilize the latest project management tools and software for optimal efficiency
- Promote the enhancement of project management processes and performance indicators

Your skillsets we need:
Hard skills
- A solid foundation or a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Media, IT or a related discipline
- Proficiency in English is required
- A track record with at least 3 years of project management experience, preferably within the tech or studio scene
- Skilled at understanding complex details of website development tools and ever changing technologies
- Skilled in using project management software to successfully complete projects
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude that set industry benchmarks
- A thorough understanding of the (web) design and development ecosystem
- Soft skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with C-level executives
- Strong written articulation and presentation skills
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment
- Proven leadership with an empathetic approach to teamwork and collaboration
