Vos responsabilités:
The supervisor will act as the primary internal contact between the commission and our client and will thus be responsible for the organisation of the team, ensuring that each visit is prepared and that the visitors' experience is unforgettable.
The supervisor must be able to work independently and is responsible for keeping the team well informed and providing the assistants with all key information relating to the different visits planned.
The supervisor will be responsible for managing the team of informants and must be ready to step in to replace one of his/her team members if necessary.
This function requires a high level of organisation and good people management skills to ensure the team's motivation, flexibility and reliability.
A solution-oriented mindset is certainly an asset.Votre profil:
Language skills required:
bilingual English / French and/or Dutch and one other official language of an EU Member State, preferably German, Spanish, Italian or Polish.
Level C1 of the CEFR1 required.Experience in team management is an asset.
Good presentation
