Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of the monthly payroll for the company in accordance with relevant collective agreement and salary conditions for Belgium
- Share your Payroll knowledge and expertise with the other team members
- Specialize in relevant local regulations and Company principles, processes, tools and best practices.
- Provide accurate advice to management and staff on payroll matters or the use of the local Time & Attendance (T&A) tool (Protime).
- Identify potential payroll related issues or opportunities and develop recommendations for Payroll Management.
- Ensure that all hours, deductions and payroll instructions are processed accurately by the outsourced provider in accordance with the monthly instruction
- Coordinate the development of Payroll and T&A Systems that support effective information management and informed decision making.
- Bachelor Degree / relevant local qualification.
- Broad knowledge and experience in local social legislation.
- Solid experience in Payroll Processes, preferably within a large fastpaced organization.
- Ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Sufficient in English, but French is a must
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize a busy workload.
