Robert Half is op zoek naar een IT Administrator voor een opdracht met zicht op een vast contract.
Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de autosector en is gelegen in Zaventem.
De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie als IT Administrator zijn:
- Je staat in voor de administratieve ondersteuning van de engineers;
- Je zorgt voor alle administratie voor de aankoop, facturen, invoicing, opvolging en aanmaken van PO's, input in SAP,..
- Je verzamelt gegevens en maakt hier een overzicht van;
- Je staat in voor het papierwerk voor de audits en mailverwerking;
- Je coördineert de IT security events, je zet training op;
- Je volgt contracten op met de suppliers en zorgt dat alles is gedocumenteerd.
De vereiste kwalificaties voor de functie als IT Administrator zijn:
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels;
- Kennis van het Frans, Pools, Turks, Duits of Russisch is een plus;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office;
- Kennis van SAP is een plus;
- Je bent goed in het opmaken van rapporteringen;
- Je bent flexibel en kan goed omgaan met verschillende culturen.
