In de functie van Junior Technical Superintendent ben je samen met de Technical Superintendent verantwoordelijk voor het technisch onderhoud van de sleepboten, die in het beheer van de regio Schelde en Zeebrugge zijn. Jij bent een technische young potential met een goede theoretische kennis en zin om deze om te leren zetten in praktische vaardigheden op het maritieme vakgebied.
In deze functie staat passie voor schepen en techniek centraal. Als 'technisch troubleshooter' fungeer je mee als het aanspreekpunt voor de bemanningen aan boord en adviseer / ondersteun jij hen bij een veilig, effectief en kostenefficiënt onderhoud van de vloot in de sector Antwerpen. Van jou verwachten wij dat je creatief bent in het bedenken van oplossingen voor technische problemen.
In verband met de duurzame ambities van Boluda Towage wordt ook van de Junior Technical Superintendent verwacht dat hij/zij verbeteringen aandraagt voor het technisch onderhoud met aandacht voor het milieu.
Dankzij jouw communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de bemanningen aan boord van de sleepboten, interne afdelingen en toeleveranciers.
In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Technical Superintendent en de Fleet Manager van de Schelde regio.
In het kort omvat de functie:
Opstellen en onderhouden van het technisch jaarplan, planning van onderhoud en investeringen op korte en lange termijn (OPEX / CAPEX). Het beheer wordt uitgevoerd in overeenstemming met klasse, vlaggenstaat, verplichte voorschriften en operationele vereisten. Verzorgen van de onderhoudsplanning en verificatie met de afdeling Operations. Voorbereiden reparatie- en droogdokprojecten, waaronder de planning, specificeren, aanbesteden, evalueren, toekennen en resourcing van het project. Verantwoordelijk voor het voorraadniveau en controle over reserveonderdelen. Monitoren algehele conditie van de sleepboot d.m.v. inspecties en rapportages. Onderhouden van technische documentatie van de sleepboten.Welke kandidaat zoeken wij?
