En tant que UX Designer-Researcher, votre objectif principal est de concevoir des interfaces conviviales et d'améliorer en permanence l'expérience utilisateur de nos applications et sites Web.
Concrètement, vous participez à l'analyse des besoins et veillez à vous familiariser avec les utilisateurs et leur environnement afin de déterminer au mieux les exigences des applications.
Vous déterminez et planifiez les méthodes de recherche et vous aidez au recrutement des participants afin de récolter les informations nécessaires (entretien, sondage, focus group, test utilisateur...).
Vous proposez la solution la plus adaptée et réalisez la conception des interfaces (prototypage Mobile first).
Vous assistez les analystes et développeurs dans la conception des interfaces utilisateurs et vous vous assurez ainsi que l'application développée réponde bien aux exigences des utilisateurs et de leur environnement.
Vous veillez au suivi de la conception graphique des applications en respectant les règles d'accessibilité.
Vous construisez et mettez en place la gouvernance d'un Design System.
Vous contribuez à la conception de services (Service Design) en proposant des solutions orientées utilisateurs. Pour y parvenir, vous suivez la démarche itérative et collaborative de création.
Tout au long des projets, vous maintenez une communication régulière et efficace avec les clients et l'équipe.
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire (idéalement un master en développement de produits) et vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la conception d'interfaces mobiles et web.
Le monde UX/UI vous fascine.
Vous avez une forte capacité d'analyse, des talents créatifs et un bon sens de l'écoute.
Vous êtes flexible, résistant au stress et faites preuve d'empathie.
Vous êtes de nature curieuse : vous aimez expérimenter, découvrir de nouveaux outils et méthodes de travail.
Vous avez une grande aisance relationnelle et êtes capable de partager votre vision notamment auprès des clients et du management.
Vous pouvez travailler de manière autonome, mais avez également un esprit d'équipe développé.
Vous disposez de compétences en communication, de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles, d'un esprit critique et êtes orienté résultats.
Vous disposez d'une bonne expertise des méthodes de conception centrées sur l'utilisateur ainsi que des outils et des techniques pour les entretiens/ateliers.
Vous maîtrisez les logiciels de création graphique (Adobe) et les outils de prototypage (Axure), ainsi que les outils de cardsorting.
Vous avez une solide expérience en Service Design et maîtrisez les 5 grands principes (conception centrée sur les utilisateurs, co-création, itération, conception à l'aide de séquences, recherche des preuves nécessaires et point de vue holistique).
Vous avez de l'expérience avec la mise en place d'une gouvernance de Design System.
Vous disposez également d'une bonne connaissance de MS Office et des systèmes de Content Management.
Vous êtes familiarisé avec les exigences telles que l'adaptation des interfaces aux différentes tailles d'écran (responsive design).
La maîtrise des standards d'accessibilité WGAG 2.1 AA est un atout.
La connaissance du secteur public et de la sécurité sociale en particulier est un plus.
Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue (NL/FR).
