Your role in our organization

Customers (individuals) are welcomed in our showrooms to choose their bathroom, toilet, and/or heating system. The showroom staff greets the customers, guides them through the showroom, advises them on their purchase, creates floor plans and quotes, and places the order. The after-sales service is then handled by back-office staff.

• In our showroom filled with bathroom ideas and heating solutions, you will advise customers on their purchases.
• You answer customer questions and inquire about their preferences.
• Based on the floor plan, you put together our customers' dream bathrooms, considering both the aesthetic and practical aspects.
• You prepare and follow up on quotes.
• You provide excellent customer-oriented service, even after the sale.
• You ensure an attractive layout of our showroom.

• You preferably have a few years of experience in a similar role.
• You have a strong commercial flair and are customer-oriented.
• You are administratively strong and work with precision.
• You have a strong affinity for bathrooms, heating, and renewable energy.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, both orally and in writing.
• You are willing to work every Saturday in exchange for a fixed day off during the week.
