**Deeltijds Administratief Medewerker (m/v/x)**:
Het rekruteringteam van Engie België is dringend op zoek naar een **deeltijdse (60% of 80%) administratief medewerker **voor een** contract van bepaalde duur (1 jaar)**.
- Zorg jij er graag voor dat alles tip top georganiseerd is voor onze nieuwe medewerkers (van contract tem bestelling PC) ? Ben je nauwkeurig, goed in het stellen van prioriteiten en denk je probleemoplossend? Ben je ingeschreven bij de VDAB als werkzoekende of heb je een verminderde arbeidsgeschiktheid? - Je maakt de contracten op voor nieuwe medewerkers en volgt op dat alles in orde is voor hun eerste werkdag: aanvraag toegangsbadge, openbaarvervoersabonnement, bestelling IT-materiaal en werkkledij,
- Je vraagt de screenings aan voor de werknemers die starten op de nucleaire sites en volgt ze op.
- Je doet de administratieve voorbereiding van de jobbeurzen waaraan we deelnemen.
- Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op de gepubliceerde vacatures en zorgt ervoor dat foutjes tijdig worden rechtgezet.
- Je maakt samen met de Talent Acquisition Officer deel uit van het 10 koppig rekruteringsteam

**JOUW PROFIEL als [**Administratief Medewerker**]**:

- Je hebt een bachelor denkniveau, spreekt en schrijft Nederlands & Frans & je verstaat Engels.
- Je kan vlot werken in Word en Excel.
- Je bent georganiseerd en kan autonoom werken.
- Je hebt oog voor detail en communiceert vriendelijk met collega's & kandidaten
- Je denkt in oplossingen.
- Je bent ingeschreven bij de VDAB en behoort tot één van de volgende categorieën:
langdurig werkzoekende, uitkeringsgerechtigd werkloze, herintreder, je hebt een verminderde arbeidsgeschiktheid, hulp van OCMW bij integratie of bent in het bezit van een verminderingskaart herstructureringen..
