Join Our Team as a Finance Assistant at an Exciting Company in Zaventem

The company, operating in the advertising sector, is currently seeking a Finance Assistant (m/f/x) to join their team.

As a Finance Assistant, you will have a wide range of financial tasks to support our team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing invoices and financial transactions
  • Providing administrative support for month-end and year-end closings
  • Preparing financial reports
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assisting in audit processes and internal controls
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Handling ad-hoc financial tasks and projects

Profile:

  • You have a strong motivation and eagerness to learn
  • You have excellent fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, and a good understanding of French
  • You are precise, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • You are proactive, flexible, and can work independently or as part of a team
  • Prior work experience is not required, but the right motivation, hands-on mentality, and good communication skills are essential
