A client in the heavy industry sector near La Louvière is seeking a Quality System Manager to strengthen their current team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing the quality management system's vision in line with the organization.
• Identifying processes and indicators essential for the organization's smooth operation.
• Acting as a representative for safety and compliance.
• Ensuring compliance with requirements and customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring legal regulatory compliance.
• Assisting management in defining and drafting management policies and objectives planning.
• Defining standards for fundamental tools (FMEA, control plan, process sheet).
• Coordinating supervisory meetings with operational and support process managers.
• Evaluating the management system's effectiveness by planning, conducting internal audits, analyzing indicators, and overseeing corrective and preventive actions implementation.
• Organizing, coordinating, and monitoring projects.
• Defining document management standards for procedures.
• Representing the organization during internal and external audits.

Profile Requirements:

• Degree: Master's in a technical field.
• Experience: 5 years in a similar role with industrial sector experience.
• Required Hard Skills: Proficiency in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

Additional Information:

• Language Requirements: French C1, English B2 technical level.

• Contract Type: Permanent.
• Salary Range: €4000 - €6000 gross based on experience.
