About the role
As IT Application Support – Planisware Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the support on our current ERP solution and our new integration with SAP and Planisware.
Working together with the entire IT Application Support team you will also need to manage the support for all key applications such as Salesforce, , Planisware, SAP, Coupa and others.
You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, managing suppliers, providing user training and guidance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize application usage.
Your responsibilities will be:
You work with our ITSM solution Freshservice to process IT application support ticketsYou work on the development of best practices and additional help tools in accordance with the business responsibleYou assist in ensuring operational and compliance with company's policies, procedures, instructions and guidelinesYou assist in completing the available documentation and ensure that it is up to date according to the latest application releaseYou maintain user/license management for Planisware and SAPYou manage the ERP support with the suppliers to ensure high quality supportYou follow up on the new releases Work together with the entire application support team to ensure business continuity on all applicationsAbout you

Needed education and background to be successful in the role:
