Inovigate is growing fast in Benelux and Switzerland and is looking for top talent to strengthen our team.
We focus on improving our clients' top-line, revenues and growing the profitability of their business. Our
advice spans the whole range of our clients' R&D and commercial activities, examining market positioning,
focus areas, products and services and their business model. We provide buy and sell-side due diligence,
valuation and business growth services ranging from strategic to financial advice to companies and/or
investors. After the deal or transaction, we 'deliver the value' by implementing the deal targets, with our
M&A, post-merger integration, and post-deal service offerings.

Job Description:

As a Consultant in our Strategy Consulting team, you'll be dealing with high-profile issues firmly at the top
of the agenda of the CEO and other company stakeholders.

  • You identify and analyse growth and improvement potential, and you formulate business
solutions as well as advise on strategy and future direction and focus

  • You perform market research and assessments, detailing and evaluating the short and medium
term strategic options, listing the potential risks and opportunities for the client. Together with
the strategy consulting team, you formulate and detail the strategy and strategy implementation
plan.

  • You prepare project deliverables (reports, presentations), project meetings, and workshops and
you report back to the senior team members

  • You are responsible for timely execution of the assignments to a high standard
  • You maintain existing client relationships on a daytoday basis.

Qualifications:

You have:

  • You obtained master's degree in economics or business engineering, or an academic degree in
science, business administration or business economics

  • You have a minimum of 5 years' relevant professional experience; in strategy and operations (e.g.
R&D, commercial, supply chain) within a corporate environment or professional services firm
environment in a similar field of expertise; in marketing & sales or price & profit consulting, or in
strategic planning, business development, project management in pharma, biotech and medical
device;

  • You can develop a business plan and financial plan and you are familiar with hypothesisdriven case
structuring and problem-solving techniques.

  • You have strong, thorough analytical skills and you like solving new issues in a practical and creative
manner.

  • You have strong relationship skills to offer to the team and to the customer. You have outstanding
communication skills. You are fluent in either Dutch or French and you have a professional
command of English.

  • You are critical, curious and result focussed.
  • You are attentive to detail and you are organized
  • You have a strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft, Power Point and Word
