De uitdaging

Als DIËTIST(E) - quality assistant specifications maak je deel uit van ons Quality team en ondersteun je onze teamleader Labeling & Declarations met de volgende taken:

- het opmaken en beheren van de productspecificaties in ons specificatiebeheersysteem (MixIT)) rekening houdend met de voedings
- en etiketteringswetgeving
- het BOM (bill of material)-beheer in ons ERP-systeem
- het aanpassen van de specificaties bij grondstof
- en receptuurwijzigingen
- het beantwoorden van klantspecifieke vragen mbt specificaties en etikettering
- het stipt opvolgen van alle wijzigingen in de voedingswetgeving.

Bij dit alles heb je niet alleen veelvuldig contact met jouw collega's kwaliteit, maar ook met aankoop, productontwikkeling, sales en productie. Je krijgt daarbij een aantal klanten toegewezen.

Profiel

Heb je het juiste profiel?

Na je studies Bachelor Voedings
- en dieetkunde of Agro
- en biotechnologie en een eerste werkervaring, kijk je uit naar een nieuwe uitdaging, meer relevant voor je opleiding
- Je hebt kennis van HACCP, analyses, nutritionele samenstellingen en voedingscomponenten
- Het is een must dat je houdt van en sterk bent in administratie en dat je uiterst nauwkeurig werkt
- Je hebt eveneens een grondige kennis van het Office pakket (Word en Excel) en je spreekt perfect Nederlands
- Je houdt van een no-nonsense cultuur, bent proactief en kunt autonoom werken
- Liefst woon je op haalbare afstand van ons bedrijf.
