Multipharma is de grootste coöperatie in de Belgische apothekerswereld. Als toonaangevende speler in farmaceutische zorgverlening, wil Multipharma de rol van de apotheker in de eerstelijnszorg versterken om zo de gezondheidszorg voor iedereen toegankelijk te maken. Hiervoor rekent Multipharma op haar netwerk van 246 apotheken en de expertise van 1.800 medewerkers. Via een dynamische omnichannel-aanpak en doorgedreven technologische innovaties staan zij in nauw contact met de patiënten. Multipharma beschikt eveneens over een hoogtechnologisch distributiecentrum en 2 innovatieve centra voor het individueel verpakken van geneesmiddelen op maat van patiënten in woonzorgcentra en andere zorginstellingen.
JOUW FUNCTIE

• Je bent verantwoordelijk van een centrum dat gespecialiseerd is in Residential Care activiteiten (het beheer van meerdere rusthuizen).

• Je geeft leiding aan het Residential Care team (apothekers en apotheekassistenten) en zorgt voor de goede werking ervan.

• Als Apotheker Provisor ben je samen met het team verantwoordelijk voor het goede verloop van alle gespecialiseerde activiteiten. Dit omvat:
- Relatie met woonzorgcentra's;
- Zorgen voor het dagelijks beheer van therapilink en validatie van medicatieschema's (inclusief farmaceutische zorg).
- De taken vervullen die apothekers hebben op het gebied van volksgezondheid, met de steun en begeleiding van het hoofdkantoor (IT, opleiding, enz.).
- De productiedossiers beheren die naar de IMV-afdeling moeten worden gestuurd
- Voorschriften beheren en controleren

Opleiding, ervaring en technische kennis

• Je bent Master in de Farmaceutische Wetenschappen (apotheker)

• Je hebt een eerste werkervaring in een openbare officina

• Je hebt (idealiter) een eerste ervaring in het aansturen van een team

• Kennis van parafarmacie is een troef
