ARHS Digital is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst for the large-scale and crucial project regarding Document Management of one of its clients, a key player in the Belgian health insurance domain.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyzing the business requirements, writing them down in stories and substories, and translating them so they can be developed and delivered. Carrying out the necessary tests, considering the ICT strategy and architecture.
  • Making the necessary agreements regarding the most efficient flow of documents.
  • Consulting and providing support to the various partners within IT, business and with external partners and coordinating activities across business domains.
  • Sporadically making technical analyses together with colleagues and monitor a highquality implementation by internal or external partners.
  • Ensuring a correct migration, you will be able to create and coordinate a significant number of test plans with the different business domains. Making the necessary appointments, carrying out the test cycles and following them up. Relying on a solid technical knowledge and not limiting yourself to the purely functional.
  • Determining and setting the right parameters and making the necessary adjustments to the interface.

Qualifications Your Profile**- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, or equivalent by experience

  • Flexibility, smooth communication style and professional knowledge. You know how to distinguish yourself through your sense of analysis and synthesis combined with a highquality and customeroriented attitude. You see a deadline as a challenge. You are enthusiastic, creative and dare to take initiative. You work independently and are also a team player. Openness and personal commitment are important to you.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, to ensure a smooth cooperation with the various internal customers and/or business domains, a good knowledge of English is also necessary for optimal cooperation with our external partners.
  • Solid discussion partner at all levels, able to adapt your communication style, speaking the language of the business, as well as the language of IT colleagues and external partners.
  • Good negotiation skills, you know how to challenge and convince the business and external partners, with the aim of standardizing as much as possible.
  • Eager to learn and open to feedback.

Technical skills

  • At least 5 years of experience as a functional analyst, in large organizations or companies.
  • Solid IT background and experience with document management systems "CCM Customer Communication Management".
  • Notions of interfaces, databases, servers, web services, api calls, Rest, JSON...
  • Experience with the Agile methodology (SCRUM) would be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of the operation of health insurance funds is a great asset.
  • Experience with Papyrus BU Designer, Papyrus Operations Designer, Papyrus Objects, Papyrus Designer, Doccle, is a plus.
