Your Responsibilities - PSF - Corporate Officer - Legal

• You will manage a financial portfolio mainly composed of SOPARFIs, SPVs and Holdings from the creation to the dissolution.
• You will provide support to the compliance team (KYC/AML) under supervision.
• You have excellent organizational skills and can manage different clients to ensure the respect of the different deadlines.
• You work since at least 3 years with financial customers. It will help you be more comfortable in your position and faster to understand the company's needs. You must be fluent in both French and English for operating within an international environment either with your clients and your team, fluency in Italian can be an asset.
