Our client is a leading Belgian news and analysis website that covers the retail and consumer goods industries. The website provides up-to-date news, trends, and insights about the Belgian retail.
They have different departments in the company such as media, training, consultancy, and business club activities.

The media department provides daily news and analysis of the Belgian retail industry, covering topics such as market trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory developments.


About the Job:

To keep up with the growth of their client's portfolio, the Media team is looking for a new Account Manager Media with a focus on online medias.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to help them achieve their marketing and advertising goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and target audience to create and execute effective advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels, including digital, print, and broadcast
  • Monitor campaign performance and make datadriven optimization recommendations to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation, upselling and crossselling our services to existing and new clients
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments to continuously improve the service offering and provide clients with the best possible solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • Ideally fluent in Dutch and French
  • 23 years of experience in account management, preferably in the media or advertising industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
