Position:
Sr. Process Technician Product Support (Equipment & Cleaning)
Reports to the PRD Sr. Teamleader/supervisor
Objectives:
Prothya Biosolutions Process Development Equipment & Cleaning provides scientific support to the company's operational activities, develops and validates new equipment related processes such as cleaning, mixing and temperature homogeneity.
As a Sr
Process Technician Product Support:
- You participate in writing qualification and validation protocols and coordinate their execution while ensuring compliance with the GMP regulations;
- You verify, analyse and interpret raw data in order to report or present them;
- You participate in writing reports;
- You propose improvements and/or innovations to processes;
- You support the team for analysis of the the issues/needs of your internal customers;
- You perform period review on the equipment and systems
Profile:
- Level of education:Bachelor in Engineering (chemistry, pharmacy, biology, biochemistry, etc.);
- You have approximately 03 years' experience in a similar position, experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment is and advantage;
- Your experience preferably relates to the study of proteins and/or of immunology (knowledge of human plasma proteins is an advantage);
- You are familiar with the GxP guidelines and the writing of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures);
- You are familiar with the guidelines on the validation lifecycle and the concept of "Quality by Design"
- You are proficient in the use of MS Office tools and other software, experience with QMS is an advantage;
- You have a good knowledge of English. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage;
- You have an analytical mind and you feel comfortable in a project environment;
- You know how to prioritise and you are organised;
- You have strong communication skills and you enjoy working in a team;
- You are solutionoriented;
- You are flexible and have a handson mentallity;
- You can cope with stress and are resultsoriented.
