**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Product Owner definieer, leid en/of implementeer je (transversale) IT projecten en programma's om complexe cross-functionele oplossingen te realiseren om organisatorische processen te optimaliseren en te updaten. Je leidt een DevOps squad verantwoordelijk voor een set van applicaties binnen één of meerdere welomschreven domeinen binnen het bedrijf.

Het beheren van SLA's en het coördineren van operationele ondersteuning met betrekking tot applicaties onder squad management behoren ook tot de verantwoordelijkheden.

**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Opstellen van product roadmaps (release, timing, resources,...) om productverbeteringen te realiseren in lijn met de afgesproken doelstellingen en verwachtingen van de klant.
- Rapporteren over de projectvoortgang om de betrokken partijen op de hoogte te houden van de evoluties in het project.
- Rapporteren over de SLA's en operationele incidenten om de business stakeholders op de hoogte te houden van het bereikte kwaliteitsniveau van de verschillende applicaties die door het team worden beheerd.
- Samenstellen en beheren van de langetermijnvisie met betrekking tot de evolutie van het applicatielandschap onder het beheer van het team.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de projecten worden opgeleverd in lijn met de afgesproken resultaten, binnen het afgesproken budget en de afgesproken tijdlijn.
- Samenwerking initiëren tussen verschillende partijen, op verschillende hiërarchische niveaus, om projecten op een constructieve en participatieve manier te realiseren.
- Zorgen voor samenwerking van de medewerkers binnen de squad, tussen de squadleden en de solution architects en met de product owners/medewerkers van andere squads, om de projecten op een constructieve en participatieve manier te realiseren.
