Het concert van Nick Cave gaat in verkoop. Duizenden fans willen een ticket kopen en de
organisatoren houden hun hart vast. Tien minuten later is de verkoop achter de rug en is de
zaal uitverkocht, alles is prima verlopen. Ons customer success team krijgt een deugddoend
telefoontje: "Super hoe goed jullie ons geholpen hebben bij de ticketverkoop, dankjewel"
Ticketmatic biedt een Ticketing SaaS platform aan dat tientallen miljoenen tickets verwerkt.
Onze klanten zijn grote en kleine theaters, concertzalen en cultuurcentra in de Benelux. De
ticketing sector evolueert snel en dit creëert veel mogelijkheden om ticketing naar een hoger
niveau te brengen, met behulp van geavanceerde technologie.
Om onze ambitieuze plannen waar te maken, zijn we op zoek naar een DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER
Je verantwoordelijkheden houden in:
● Je beheert de dagelijkse activiteiten van het Customer Success team, je zorgt voor een
vlot reilen en zeilen. Je focus ligt hierbij op het team en de klanten.
● Je motiveert de teamleden zodat ze hun beste beentje voorzetten
● Je helpt teamleden om hun sterke punten te begrijpen en te leren gebruiken binnen de
werkomgeving
● Je luistert naar teamleden en werkt samen met hen om problemen op te lossen en
obstakels te overwinnen
● Je organiseert en superviseert alle overkoepelende aangelegenheden die team- en
klantgerelateerd zijn.
● Je zorgt voor de naleving van de interne processen en bewaakt de kwaliteit om een
optimale werking te waarborgen en te verbeteren.
● Je coacht, inspireert en motiveert om de afgesproken processen, procedures en
beleidslijnen correct toe te passen. Je stuurt bij waar nodig, bv. op vlak van planning,
tijdregistratie, aanwezigheid, projectbeheer, inschakelen technische ondersteuning, ...
● Je beheert de planning/kalender van het team; welke medewerker doet wat en volgt dit
ook op.
● Je zorgt voor een vlotte organisatie, uitvoering en opvolging van projecten van A tot Z;
wat zijn de lopende projecten, hun organisatie en status, je pakt problemen aan, volgt
het goed verloop van begin tot einde op.
● Je zorgt voor een vlotte uitrol van productverbeteringen en nieuwe features.
● Je staat in voor de algemene customer experience - klantentevredenheid en alle
projecten hierrond zoals de organisatie van een jaarlijkse klantentevredenheidsenquête
(NPS) of het vragen van feedback na opleidingen of na een go-live van een klant
● Je analyseert feedback van klanten en andere stakeholders om de dienstverlening te
verbeteren en klanttevredenheid te verhogen
● Je zorgt voor een correct opvolging van betalende opdrachten en andere optionele
betalende features.
Profiel
● Ervaring als Team Lead in een vergelijkbare functie in een SaaS of IT omgeving
● Masterdiploma
● Je bent praktisch, autonoom, teamgericht, kan goed plannen, bent analytisch, hebt een
structureel denkvermogen, assertief, stressbestendig, klantgericht
● Uitstekende communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden
● Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en vermogen om teamleden te coachen, inspireren en
motiveren
● Stakeholder Managementskills
● Talenkennis: zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels, een goede kennis Frans is een
troef
