De afdeling 'Projectbureau' van SyntraPXL werkt tal van projecten uit rond ondernemerschap, innovatie en competentieversterking, ter realisatie van de strategische doelstellingen. Slechts enkele voorbeelden van projecten zijn:

PRODUCT OWNER - PROJECTEN EN TENDERS

FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING:

- Je zoekt actief mee naar nieuwe opportuniteiten tot (subsidie)projecten en dient daarvoor de nodige dossiers in. Dit betekent dat je mee zorgt voor het uitschrijven van projecten en het opstellen, opvolgen en afrekenen van subsidiedossiers.
- Je legt je toe op het uitwerken en indienen van onderbouwde dossiers voor verschillende tenders (zowel publiek als commercieel) die binnen de focus en de expertise van de organisatie vallen.
- Je zoekt zelf actief naar interessante tenders waar de organisatie aan kan meedingen. Je schat de kansen en het rendement van een project in en werkt dit verder uit naar een winnend dossier. Je bijt je volledig vast in een dossier en werkt het in de diepte uit.
- Je zorgt voor inhoudelijke, administratieve en financiële coördinatie van projecten.
- Als Product Owner werk je in team met andere project teamleden, andere collega's in de organisatie en partners. Je rapporteert aan de manager strategische projecten en de directie. Je werkt op de hoofdzetel van SyntraPXL (T2-campus, Genk).

PROFIEL:

- Dankzij jouw brede algemene interesse verdiep je je vol overgave in elk project.
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in ondernemerschap en affiniteit met inclusieve doelgroepen
- Ambitieuze doelstellingen geven je energie
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld
- Je bent communicatief zeer vaardig zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Dossiers/opportuniteiten geduldig en doelgericht uitpluizen tot in de details zijn jouw ding. Je kan uit veel informatie makkelijk de essentie halen.
- Je hebt een vlotte pen en weet de "lezer" op een overtuigende manier te boeien.
- Je bent klantgericht, flexibel en proactief
- Om de budgetopvolging te kunnen doen moet je over financieel en economisch inzicht beschikken.
- Bij voorkeur heb je een economische achtergrond door je opleiding en/of ervaring met bedrijfsbeheer / economie /
- Bij voorkeur heb je reeds ervaring met het leiden van (subsidie)projecten en het indienen van projecten en tenders

Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Het ontwikkelingsproject evalueren, nieuwe interventies bepalen en voorstellen aan de lokale actoren
