FCM is een grote speler in zakenreizen met vestigingen in 95 landen. Naast zakenreizen is FCM in België ook actief in MICE en vakantiereizen. In België hebben we vier kantoren waar collega's werken voor alle divisies, in Luxemburg hebben we er één. In je rol geef je administratieve ondersteuning aan de corporate teams, het MICE, het medical en het leisure team. Heel specifiek kan je helpen bij het boeken van facturen, het uitpluizen van tussenrekeningen, het opvolgen van betalingen, etc.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
Consultant admin team

Administratieve taken om de verschillende teams te ondersteunen

Inboeken facturen

Uitpluizen van tussenrekeningen

Opvolgen / uitvoeren van betalingen

Opvolgen rekeninguittreksels

Dossiers controleren ifv winst / verlies

Controle groepsdossiers

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Vaardigheden

Je bent proactief, stressbestendig en kan zelfstandig werken, maar je bent ook een teamplayer

Logisch nadenken en mogelijke issues detecteren zodat problemen kunnen worden opgelost ligt in je aard

Je werkt accuraat & nauwkeurig, en bovendien efficient

Je pikt snel op en kan verschillende taken/processen uitvoeren

Je kan processen of issues uitleggen aan collega's

Je hebt goede algemene PC vaardigheden (O365)

Je beschikt over een bachelor of master diploma, of je bent een reisagent met administratieve skills

Ervaring in de reissector is een pluspunt

Je bent communicatief in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (gesproken en geschreven)
