**Internal Sales Manager**

Vous aurez l'opportunité de gérer l'équipe commerciale interne dans un environnement dynamique, contribuant ainsi à renforcer la cohésion d'équipe et à propulser l'entreprise vers une croissance soutenue.
**Poste**:
- Assurer la gestion managériale de l'équipe commerciale interne (+/- 15 FTEs) tout en favorisant activement la cohésion et l'efficacité collective en valorisant les qualités individuelles de chaque membre.
- Attribuer de nouveaux comptes et tâches aux membres de l'équipe.
- Renforcer, établir et entretenir des relations d'affaires avec les clients existants et potentiels, communiquer quotidiennement pour garantir leur satisfaction et utiliser leurs retours pour suggérer des améliorations et générer des idées sur de nouvelles fonctionnalités ou produits en interne.
- Rechercher et découvrir des méthodes permettant d'accroître l'engagement des clients.
- Examiner les recommandations pour les campagnes de publicité et de communication.
- Gérer les performances de l'équipe tout en leur fournissant des conseils si nécessaire tout en coordonnant les projets du département afin de respecter les délais.
- Gérer les aspects financiers des comptes, incluant budgets, contrats et remboursements, et rédiger les rapports d'activités et de comptabilité pour le responsable interne.
- Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations dans le processus d'administration des ventes.
**Profil**:
- Bachelier lié au Business et à l'économie, une affinité pour le graphisme est un plus.
- Expérience de minimum de 5 ans dans un rôle impliquant la gestion de compte et le service client, idéalement dans le secteur industriel combinée à une expérience commerciale (interne ou externe) de minimum 8ans.
- Expérience confirmée en people management et en gestion de projet, complétée par d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation, avec une capacité à entretenir des relations durables avec les clients et à rassembler les différents membres de l'équipe.
- Pensée logique, critique et stratégique, associée à une attitude flexible et coopérative axée sur la résolution des problèmes.
- Familiarité avec la budgétisation et le reporting, ainsi qu'une aisance informatique avec le pack MS Office et les outils ERP.
- Attitude dynamique et orientée résultats, vous accompagnez les équipes à atteindre leurs objectifs.
- Maitrise du Néerlandais et du Français (l'Anglais est un plus).
