Actemium, een onderdeel van de VINCI Energies groep, is op zoek naar een Project Manager. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd binnen de chemische en petrochemische sector.
Wat is het doel van de functie?
Als project manager zorg je ervoor dat alle noodzakelijke beslissingen en acties genomen worden op het juiste moment zodat het project gerealiseerd kan worden binnen het budget, met het vooraf bepaalde rendement en een tevreden klant. Ook geef je regelmatig een rapportage over de resultaten aan het management.
Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?
- Je bent geheel verantwoordelijk voor projecten van 5 tot 15 miljoen euro.
- Je beheert het budget, neemt beslissingen en coördineert acties.
- Je zorgt voor een tevreden klant.
- Je koopt in samenwerking met de aankoopdienst materialen in.
- Je stuurt personeel aan via de werfverantwoordelijken.
- Je gaat in overleg met klant. Je plant en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je staat in voor de financiële opvolging en rapportering naar jouw business unit manager.
- Je zal technische oplossingen voorstellen en kostenbesparingen doorvoeren.
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor Electromechanica of je hebt mínimaal een eerste werkervaring als project manager.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van industriële elektriciteit, instrumentatie en financiële opvolging.
- Je bent communicatief en commercieel sterk.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
