**Vos responsabilités sont**:
- Vous assurez la préparation, l'envoi et le suivi des documents QA accompagnant la certification des lots de vaccins en accord avec les procédures locales et exigences spécifiques des autorités/pays
- Vérification des critères de prise en main d'un lot
- Edition et Compilation du set documentaire (Certificat de Release, Arbre généalogique, compilation de Certificat d'analyse et documents de production).
- Vérification réglementaire
- Edition de la Check list électronique
- Utilisation du robot FELICIA
- Complétude et mise à disposition de la documentation sur les SharePoints
- Gestion des réclamations.
- Vous suivez des job-list dans SAP ou les priorités demandées.
- Vous communiquez/escaladez toute anomalie (retard, blocage dans la préparation, déviation,...) à son N+1
- Vous gérer l'archivage de vos documents qualités
- Vous maintenez votre statut de formation à jour
- Vous participez à des réunions d'équipe et à des formations

Qualifications requises : _**
- Vous avez obtenu un Bachelier/Graduat dans un domaine scientifique (Chimie, Bio, Agronomie,) ou expérience Qualité dans le domaine pharmaceutique.
- Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques : Pack Office, SAP, Adobe, Veeva,
- Vous êtes capable de travailler toute la journée devant un écran
- Vous êtes autonome dans la gestion de votre charge de travail
- Vous êtes capable de jongler avec différents outils informatiques, bases de données, systèmes
- Vous êtes précis(e), rigoureux(se), proactif(ve)et débrouillard(e).
- Vous êtes capable de vous intégrer dans une équipe
**_ Qualifications souhaitées : _**
- Vous avez déjà travaillé dans un environnement "Qualité"
- Vous êtes organisé(e) et êtes capable de gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps.
- Vous avez des notions des règles GMP
- Vous connaissez le portefeuille produits GSK Vaccines.
- Vous comprenez la lecture de documents techniques en anglais (basique)
- Vous êtes flexible et ouvert aux changements
