**Description**
- Fournir en temps voulu les examens de contrôle de conformité prévus, identifier les problèmes de conformité et assurer le suivi des mesures correctives.
- Soutenir, le cas échéant, les projets liés à la conformité et accomplir des tâches ad hoc pour aider le responsable du contrôle de la conformité.
- Soutenir les membres de l'équipe chargée du contrôle de la conformité et partager les points d'apprentissage.
- Présenter les résultats aux parties prenantes de haut niveau au sein de la banque.
- Négocier et convenir de mesures correctives appropriées pour les résultats identifiés.
- Vous êtes responsable de la fourniture proactive et en temps voulu d'examens précis et de qualité.
- Maintenir une connaissance pratique des exigences réglementaires applicables aux examens assignés.
**Profile**
- Diplôme de master
- Excellente connaissance de l'anglais
- 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'audit ou de la conformité
Bonne expérience en matière de:
- conseiller les entreprises sur la manière de se conformer aux lois, règles et réglementations
- enquêter sur des infractions potentielles ou réelles aux lois, règles et réglementations en vigueur
Bonne connaissance de:
- lois et réglementations relatives aux services financiers (essentiel)
- marchés financiers et activités bancaires (essentiel)
- risques prudentiels et domaines de la conduite financière (essentiel)
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite
- Compétences en matière de gestion des parties prenantes, avec la capacité de s'engager avec des collègues au sein de la fonction et dans d'autres domaines d'activité, y compris avec des personnes occupant des postes plus élevés.
- Solides compétences analytiques - analyse des données ainsi qu'examen et interprétation des politiques et des exigences réglementaires.
- Bonnes compétences quantitatives/numériques.
- Souci du détail et capacité à produire des rapports factuellement exacts.
- Souci du respect des délais afin d'assurer la livraison du CMP dans les temps.
- Connaissance pratique de l'entreprise et compréhension de l'environnement réglementaire et de l'importance du contrôle de conformité pour l'organisation.
