**Description de l'offre d'emploi**:
Dans le cadre d'un programme de projet visant la refonte et modernisation d'un programme nous sommes à la recherche d'un Project Manager expérimenté capable de gérer 2 projets en même temps.

Nous recherchons un chef de projet pour conduire ce projet : Établir le scope le planning et le budget et en faire la gestion c'est à dire anticiper et rapporter. Nous recherchons une personne expérimentée dans la conduite de projets de développement de solutions de gestion administrative.

Cela implique entre autres:

- en collaboration et concertation avec les différents spoc's concernés, suivre régulièrement la réalisation des projets tant du point de vue du développement que de l'infrastructure et de la mise en production, en matière de délai de budget et de qualité, et en rendre compte au client. Sur la base d'une analyse solide, proposer les mesures nécessaires.
- documenter et rapporter l'avancement du projet et les problèmes rencontrés
- organisez la mise en production
- prendre les mesures qui s'imposent pour résoudre les problèmes constatés (simplifier la résolution des problèmes, proposer des solutions, ) et traiter de ces solutions avec le gestionnaire de clients, le chef de projet technique et le client
- traiter les changes request : analyser les conséquences, proposer des solutions et en discuter avec le gestionnaire de clients, le chef de projet technique et le client
- faire imputer les activités avec scrupules et vérifier les imputations
- assurer la communication entre les parties concernées par le projet, les motivés à participer et stimuler le travail d'équipe
- gérer les ressources du groupe projet

**Pré-requis du poste**:
Compréhension high level du scope et du business pour pouvoir donner les grandes orientations du projet a l'équipe
- Définition et suivi du planning
- Définition et suivi du budget
- Suivi du scope
- Reporting au Manager du projet
- Suivi de l'équipe au jour le jour
- Plusieurs juniors dans cette équipe devront être encadrés et accompagnés
- Suivi et remontée des risques au niveau programme
- Vérification du respect des standards et méthodo ainsi que de la documentation
- Rédaction des documents projets sur base de l'input de l'équipe (Project brief, PID,...)
- Capacity management
- Excellente communication et sens de la diplomatie
- Gestion du temps et des priorités
- Modèle et coach pour l'équipe
- Délégation réfléchie
- Présentation pour le client
- Management by exception
- Expérience en Project Management 15 ans
- Team/*People Management 15 ans
- Agile/Scrum 7 ans
- Agile/Scrum découpe en Epic/Stories & gestion de BackLog
- Gestion de la communication interne et externe 7ans
- Gestion de change management 7 ans

- Prince 2 méthodologie 7 ans
