Gezien onze groei zijn wij op zoek naar een Consultant Life & Pension (M/V) voor de regio's Oost
- en West-Vlaanderen en Antwerpen/Limburg om ons team te versterken

Als consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken van nieuwe klanten voor Wilink Insurance die hen zal begeleiden rond verschillende financiële zaken van de opbouw, bescherming en overdracht van hun vermogen Door je ervaring & carrière binnen Wilink streef je ernaar om dit ook zelf later te kunnen doen

Hoe ziet je job eruit?

Je bezoekt de potentiële klanten van Wilink in jouw regio aan de hand van de voor/door jou gemaakte afspraken. Dit door prospectie, netwerkevents & voordrachten.

Je analyseert de behoeften van jouw toekomstige klant en overtuigt hen van de optimalisatie mogelijkheden rond inkomsten, pensioen, vermogen en nalatenschap

Je blijft op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen in de fiscale, financiële en juridische wereld door zelfstudie en opleidingen.

Kortom: je hebt het wat nodig is om succesvol te zijn en onze doelgroep te kunnen overtuigen van de meerwaarde van onze dienstverlening.

Sales zit in je DNA, je bent fier op je resultaten & kan je perfect aanpassen aan de diversiteit van de prospecten en klanten. Je voelt je thuis in een ambitieuze en dynamische organisatie waar initiatieven en ondernemerschap sterk gewaardeerd worden.

De ervaring die je hierin hebt kan dit bewijzen of vanuit je bachelor/master diploma heb je getoond dit te ambiëren. Je bent eerlijk en hebt een verzorgd voorkomen en je wilt Wilink op een professionele manier uitdragen

Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Producten presenteren of demonstreren bij de klant en advies geven
- Een bijdrage leveren aan de commerciële en marketingstrategie van de onderneming
- Het commerciële voorstel uitwerken
Samen met de klant de voorwaarden van de verkoopovereenkomst of de prijsraming overeenkomen
- De bestelling (beschikbaarheid van producten, leveringstermijn, behandeling van klachten,...) en de klanten (getrouwheidsacties, tevredenheidsenquêtes, aanmaningen,...) opvolgen
- Commerciële acties uitvoeren tijdens evenementen
- De klantenwerving administratief opvolgen en het team informeren
- Het plan voor klantenwerving ontwerpen en de klantbezoeken plannen
- De gegevens over de activiteiten van de dienst of de organisatie opvolgen en analyseren
