- Jij bent de go-to-persoon als het aankomt op online lead generation.
- Je begrijpt hoe marketing automation wordt opgezet en werkt samen met je mede-specialisten ter zake.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle online marketingcampagnes en beslist welke digitale kanalen en beelden best ingezet worden per campagne.
- Je zorgt, samen met het gehele team, om de marketingcommunicatie van Dataline samen te structureren
- Je vertaalt de Dataline strategie naar LinkedIn, Google, Meta en onze mailcampagnes
- Je bepaalt mee de KPI's voor het opzetten en opvolgen van alle digitale marketingcampagnes. Door grondige analyse ontdek je jouw succesverhalen, stuur je bij waar nodig en rapporteer je over wat wel en niet werkt.
- Je denkt mee na over de SEO- /SEA-strategie. Je bent op de hoogte van de tools en analyseert en optimaliseert de performance en zoekresultaten. Je zorgt ervoor dat Dataline hoog scoort in de zoekresultaten.
- Je volgt de markt op de voet en adviseert over de impact van digitale innovaties (nieuwe tools, flows, content strategieën ).
- Je bepaalt en werkt een beleid rond internationale sociale media (Linkedin) uit.
- Je doet proactief voorstellen ter verbetering van de conversie-flows en start autonoom verbetertrajecten op.
- Je stuurt het team mee aan in functie van de projecten waar je mee bezig bent.
**Profiel**
- Je hebt al mínimaal een 5-tal jaar ervaring binnen digitale marketing
- Ervaring op de B2B markt
- Je hebt uiteraard een goeie kennis van SEO, SEA, GA4, Social Media (Content en Advertising) en E-Mail marketing, Marketing Automation
- Je hebt een passie voor Data-Driven Marketing en werkt vanuit de uitgebreide gegevens van Dataline om campagnes op te zetten, bij te sturen en te evalueren
- Je bent het creatieve brein in combinatie met een hands-on mentaliteit, met andere woorden je voert je ideeën ook graag zelf uit
- Een nieuwe hot topic of trend in het digitale landschap? Jij hebt die al lang opgemerkt. Dankzij jouw kritische blik schat je ook feilloos in welke nieuwe trend of tool relevant isen welke niet
- Je duikt graag in de cijfers om resultaten te analyseren. Is je campagne het succes waarop je hoopte? Welke inzichten kunnen we uit deze cijfers halen? Zo leer je voortdurend bij over wat goed of minder goed werkt en stuur je bij waar nodig
- Je voelt je als een vis in het water in wisselende omstandigheden en veranderingen
- Je bent een strategische denker met een sterke hands-on aanpak
- Je bent analytisch maar je kan ook overtuigend communiceren
- Je kan zaken bekijken vanuit een helikopterperspectief en inzoomen waar nodig
- Je houdt steeds een overall planning in je hoofd en bent sterk in prioriteiten stellen
- Je gaat deadlines op een assertieve manier tegemoet en staat altijd klaar met een reeks mogelijke oplossingscenario's
- Tijdens de pauze sta je open voor een potje tafelvoetbal, een gepassioneerde discussie over innovatie en nieuwe technologieën en een biertje of glaasje wijn op vrijdagavond
