Job Description:
Supporting the client's team on harmonization of QA processes and client's team tools.
This includes diverse tasks, such as:
Identifying differences in approaches used in different subteams and proposing a unified new way of working
Challenging processes that are suboptimal, identifying and interviewing key stakeholders, and collaborating on a future way of working
Supporting the team in case of dossiers or change requests that have gotten "stuck"
Centralize lessons learned, templates, examples on processes from the entire global team
Required skills:
Self-starter: Can contact people from beyond the team on own initiative. QA mindset that allows one to see the QA discrepancies, even outside the strict scope of the mission.
Strategic thinking:
ability to envision a desired future situation and step(s) to get there. Ability to distill and propose a solution.
QA mindset:
Above all, the proposed solutions should be in accordance with the quality vision of the client
Resilience:
willingness to adapt if a solution proves unworkable or in the face of opposition. Willingness to fail early in a project and try again
Proactivity and communication. Identify vision and roadblocks and deal with them early. Ask for support as soon as issue presents itself.
Ability to quickly comprehend diverse documents and see where they fit in the process.
Optional:
knowledge on compendial revision process (new monographs, draft submission, implementation)
